The Sacred Space for Buried Trauma is a special place to assist anyone wishing to uncover hidden subconscious blocks and aspects of self and past which are interfering in living life to the fullest in every moment.
The anchored triangle by the tree trunk is a safe and sacred space to allow buried traumas to arise. They may show themselves as characters in a movie, the child self wanting love and attention, a scene from a past life event, or in whatever way is right for each person. Some people may see images, others may feel things, you may hear words or phrases in your mind, or see colors, lights, shadows, or whatever form of communication is most natural for you.
Whatever comes up, do not judge it or see it in terms of right or wrong. See only what you most need to understand now, in your present life condition or circumstance. This art is a meditative journey, there is no getting it wrong or getting it right.
