This frequency art was created from a hot cup of earl grey tea infused with mint leaves and honey, purchased in a glass at a cafe in Jerusalem. In Israel, mint leaves are known as "nana", another name for spearmint. It retains the energetic healing benefits of all ingredients, synthesized together through energy healing.

Together the black tea and bergamot that make up what is known as "earl grey" work wonders in the winter months to ward off the winter blues and depression.
